The practice has an outstanding track-record in transformational regeneration schemes involving culturally and historically significant sites. JMP is the lead consultant of the multidisciplinary team delivering the EIIPR Block C project. JMP’s role in the project will be to listen well, to the community, to stakeholders and to all the relevant departments in the council, and to translate feedback into an inspiring design which will take the city forward through the 21st century whilst not losing its connection with the past.

Modus Operandi
Arts Consultant
Modus Operandi is an independent arts unit with longstanding experience of advocacy and curation of art in the public realm for the benefit of communities. Based in London, they partners with public and private sectors and operates nationally and internationally by invitation. Their role is to research and produce a Public Art Scoping Report for George Square and the Avenues. This will outline a curatorial policy direction for the project and recommend how artists may contribute their creative thinking and output to the project.
New Practice

New Practice is an architecture practice based in Glasgow and London who exist to develop the creative capacity of cities and connect people to the decision making processes that underpin their lived experience. New Practice will be delivering stakeholder and community engagement throughout the design of George Square and the associated Avenues in the city centre.

PDA are providing the design team with high-level heritage management advice, focussing on the historical and architectural interest of these important sites for the city.
